Terms and Conditions
The script for this exchange is the intellectual property of Traffic DX, and is protected by copyright.
Purchase of services through A1te.com acknowledges that you have read and understand this agreement,
and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within. If you do not wish to be bound by
these terms and conditions, you should not proceed with any attempts to operate a Traffic Exchange System on A1te.com server's.
A1te.com will provide the Customer with the necessary software, support and services to operate their own traffic exchange systems
without the need for a domain name and web hosting services. Our services are
not available to those who wish to use their own registered domain names, all
services are provided for sub domains of A1te.com only.
Conditions:
- You must not restrict or inhibit any other user from using our Services or the Internet.
- Any use of these services which violates any local, state, federal,
or international laws is strictly prohibited.
- It is prohibited to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive,
libellous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, indecent, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind.
- It is prohibited to post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute any information
or software which contains a virus or other harmful component.
- A1te.com reserves the right to remove any and all materials at any time which do not
comply with the law.
- You agree not to hold A1te.com responsible for any and all liability, penalties, losses,
damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from your use of the
service which damages either you, A1te.com, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception.
- A1te.com makes no warranties of any kind for services being offered. A1te.com provides
no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software, or other material
accessible on the service is free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Under no circumstances shall A1te.com be held liable for any direct, indirect, special,
punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service.
- You agree not to maliciously or intentionally interfere with the proper operation of the system.
- You agree that it is your sole responsibility to check all advertising
material submitted to your exchange, and to reject any and all that contain
harmful content, this includes HTML other than links or formatting where
permitted.
- You agree to keep surf timers to a minimum of 10 seconds, we reserve the right to change your settings if they fall below this minimum.
- You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy of any network or service you connect to, including all payment processors
that you may use.
- You agree that the security of your account is solely your own responsibility. You
agree that if you believe the security of your account has been compromised in any way, you will notify A1te.com immediately.
- You agree that certain features of your hosting account (e.g., FTP access, Email accounts, etc) will not be provided.
- Your use of the service is at your sole risk. A1te.com is not responsible for files and
data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all
appropriate backup of files and data stored on A1te.com servers. Database backups can be performed by the customer through
the site administration area that is provided.
- You agree to supply appropriate payment via a PayPal subscription for the services received from A1te.com in
advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that all prepaid setup and hosting fees are
non-refundable after your account setup has been completed. You agree that until and unless you notify A1te.com of your
desire to cancel any or all services received, that payment for those services will be
charged to you through a PayPal subscription on a recurring basis. You agree
that all services are provided on a monthly basis and cancellation of your PayPal subscription
or inadequate funds to meet the payment will result in your Service
being suspended. Failure to contact us within 7 days of your Service being suspended will result in termination of the service.
- If you are dissatisfied with A1te.com service or any of its terms, conditions, rules,
policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the service.
- By requesting and continuing to maintain or place additional information on A1te.com
servers, you are acknowledging that you have read the aforementioned terms and conditions and that you fully understand them.
